I look Monday through Friday at Facebook Marketplace, my MLS, KSL.com, and the Mobile Home Park Store. 

As the buyer, I'd do a little detective work and do a deep dive on the occupant.

And if I am getting 3-5 calls a day it gives you an idea of the competition that exists in the marketplace.  

Only 16 days in have all but two units filled facebook market place is so powerful in a small town!

I believe right now is an amazing time to get into real estate as there's deep concern and even fear in the marketplace which is just when you want to come in.

This way you handpick the photographers with great portfolios and save time and money as not every good photographer will answer to your add.If you still want to have some ppl coming to you, I would suggest to do the FB marketplace post of a job and run the ads for it on FB and instagram, but you need a good visual which you can create in canva.com.
