If you can mange the flow of leases, and properties to line up with your resources, capitol, and demand, then you can easily set up these Airbnb houses to be in the right place, at the right time to maximize revenue and profits. 

Maybe they are not dumb and I'm super smart because I mange construction and do property management better than most I hire.

It's very rare that someone goes to court to argue that they don't owe rent when they clearly do.I mange 400 rentals and get rid of tenants all the time, but I haven't had to evict a tenant through the court system because they always pay, move out, or negotiate something with me.

We have bought 28 units in the past 90 days so things have been a little crazy, so I co-mange with my PM.
