I have never done it myself, but my wifes uncle owns an airport and about 25 airplanes where they offer chartered flights for people.

Go to flight school now and and start that path. 

I also sold my properties in WI and IL and started focusing on Atlanta as I wanted to have direct flight from SFO.

My STRs require a flight (in Hawaii) so on the day after their check out I send them a friendly note hoping they enjoyed their stay, I ask for feedback and ask for their suggestions for improvements (this way the negatives stay PRIVATE, this gives them a non review place to vent just In case), tell them I hope they had a safe and relaxing flight home, and finish up letting them know I will be leaving them 5* review in the ‘next few minutes).

[[[[........There is potential there it is reasoned because of a new large airport that is being built and some other happenings....]]]]]I don't know anything about those towns, but a new large airport is not good for property values.No one wants to live anywhere near all that noise, so prices near the new airport and under the flight path will take a steep nose dive.Have you, by the way, even verified independently that there is a new airport going in?

Hello,When an applicant gives you their present name and their former name (i.e maiden name in my situation), which one is the best one to run the background check on?

The HW company would notify me each time they paid a claim.A few years later when I found out the wife's maiden name and discovered she was the sister of 3 of the toughest attorneys in town, I could see where that would have gone without the HW and my company handyman doing favors on the property for them.
