Norfolk is where the majority of multifamily inventory is located, Virginia beach is zoned much more single family. 

@Ana Vhan there are many commercial options where you can add multiple locations/multiple states onto a single policy.  

Hi @Ashley C.I am local investor and have built several new construction projects here in Atlanta.

If investors want to just be lenders then I would work with them as a lender on the deal so you don't have to setup a syndication also not sure where you are located (app doesn't say) but if investors California may be way around syndicating

If the land is in a suitable location, this could open up opportunities for developing 2 homes or even selling off one of the lots, which could lead to a good profit.

If it's a new regulation for big lenders, maybe try some local community banks.

All situations are specific to individuals.Our best wishes and empathy go out to those LA individuals and communities.It’s been about 6 years since one of our storage locations was flooded for about 4 months.  2 feet over the roof.
