The listing agent is tight lipped. 

You will find most tight lipped, and then a few really good guys and gals who don't mind helping a newbie.  

You also want a drain lip on the wall the runs under the cement slab to give a path for water.

The seller will take ANYTHING for the land, came straight from his lips.  

After the shower, I blow dry it on low heat, brush it out, then I use a mixture of beard balm and beard oil.

We have used two styles: the traditional wheels running on a rail {here is it important the lip on your wheels fit down over the round of the rail ... like a train} and wheels inside a track {Note our wheels inside a track are wheels in a vertical rather than horizontal track}.  

You might find a few nice people like me, but even in person I would be pretty tight lipped.

As a fellow military veteran, it makes me angry to see so many of us unemployed or underemployed all across this country while corporations speak "feel-good" lip service about supporting military veterans while their computer systems auto-reject our job applications one after another after another.
