I would definitely not want to make the change, and then regret it.

I have a 401k, IRA, and pension in place to help me achieve retirement quicker, however I definitely feel the squeeze on a daily basis and always feel like I'm living paycheck to paycheck.

This will be an excellent home for a starter home, small family, long-term rental, and definitely a really cute AirBnB.

If the home has a really nice layout or beautiful interior and it's not getting many showings, I would definitely recommend a video tour.
