Are both parties represented by legal counsel?

I’d recommend consulting with a lawyer who specializes in contract law to understand your options and how to protect yourself moving forward.

I am search for an eviction lawyer but base on the court date and I am having a hard time finding an lawyer. 

A lot of potential people will see your add and move on if they can't find things easily as a lot of adds falsely represent the property. 

We have some meetings coming up in a couple days with lawyers and banks so hopefully it goes well.

Assuming you have already provided the late notice, which is something you should do, I recommend finding a lawyer that focuses on evictions at your jurisdiction and just hire them to do the eviction. 

We thought about hiring a lawyer but the legal fees were expected to be in the range of $10k to $15k and would have taken months (if not years).
