I came across a 2-flat with a basement that has been converted into garden unit with 3 bedrooms and kitchen and bath.

Inside, make sure the Wi-Fi is solid, the furniture is comfy, and the kitchen has all the basics.

If you finish the basement with a kitchen you could have a mother in law with a walk out and a garage downstairs.

Also converted what was once a restaurant/kitchen to a coworking lounge with views of the ocean and pool/patio area.Redid kitchens, painted, added swing, hammocks and created social areas.
