Deposits will not be returned (full or partial) until all tenants move out.If Tenant A didn’t come to you to get part of the deposit back they may have gone to tenant B, but they most likely walked away from it and I feel it is between tenant A and B to sort it out.Personally I would return it to tenant B, the active tenant in the current active contract.

Some days I feel confident and then other days I'm worried about a ton of things like (what if I get ripped off).

After this advice I feel it is much easier to invest locally where you can become a “market expert” more easily.

It’s normal to feel a mix of excitement and nerves.

Air DNA seems to indicate a low rate but I feel like the 108 corridor is exceptionally vibrant on the weekends.
