Teetering the idea as I recently have begun to explore asset protection/making assets invisible to the entity that is me via a trust where I am the trustor and trustee. 

You have to watch cause some Brokers will charge extra points and then also charge another point in rebate on the rate (you will not see this on the HUD BTW, it is invisible to the investor.).
