Projected rent is $$950 for the 3bd units and $850 for the 2 bd units So $3600 totalOne upstairs unit I was told from the tenants was poorly insulated upstairs  causing high electric bill.

So our forced air gas heats the old part of the house downstairs, and the mini-split heats and cools the well-insulated upstairs.
