Our little town has 5K inhabitants yet has 5 "white table cloth" restaurants, including one which made the "top 10 desserts" list in Bon Appetit magazine this year.We have an 8 screen movie theatre, although a lot of movies that I want to see I have to drive to Austin, or wait for Netflix.

Without any intent to offend, as I've indulged plenty of times, the avatar of guest that would want an over the top in their face 420 themed place is less likely to be a wealthy crew. 

Find something you love but rarely get to indulge in.

(There's a single screen movie theater, Golf Land, a minimum of 7 places to enjoy ice cream/ dessert, a bowling alley, a great little health food store.  

If you're doing it in December, you will have to do "substantially all" the work by yourself, and that can easily trip your plan since other people are involved in the process.This dessert looks very appetizing to you, but it's not yours yet.

I don't mind volunteering, I just want to indulge myself to learn as much as possible.Secondly, I want to know if there are any extra certificate I can get while I am a real estate agent I plan on doing the Realtor certifications, but are they any others?
