Indoor plumbing? 

Here is  why...When the installers install heat pumps there is a condensing unit outside, and an indoor unit inside (usually in the attic) and you have copper pipes (lineset)  that run from the outside up the inside of the wall to the inside unit located in the attic or closet somewhere in the house.

That is one I'll want to think about taking care of as any moisture indoors is bad bad bad.I too have some concerns with my bathtub/shower.

It turns out they had several indoor cats that shouldn't have been there, so we ended up with about $2K in carpet repairs and $2-3K in lost rents/bad debt before it was re-occupied.

One gentleman I know does it indoors daily, and I only know because I observe it, I can't smell a thing, perhaps because its steam, rather than combustion, based.

For an issue like indoor air quality, though, tenants could make the same claim and send their landlords down a similar rabbit hole.

It would also have two pools (one on the roof and an indoor pool).
