I've begun networking with local REIA members and immersing myself in REI literature (just bought 10 books, haha).

You really need to immerse yourself and learn all you can.

I've been immersed in the site for the last few hours.

Furthermore, I didn't want my daughters working late night jobs &/or bars to make spending money, but they did work (hard) on the properties.The payback comes when they sit down one day & appreciate how we did it & then how quickly they want to get immersed in the RE business.

I recommend immersing yourself in books, podcasts, and deal analysis practice. 

Really if you immerse yourself in all that is available, there is really no excuse if take action.
