Spend about $5 on an a Iphone-app (like Turboscan) that can scan to PDF, pay apple for the Cloud (or the Turboscan app will not be real reliable when it comes time to storing or emailing your images ) I been audited 2 of the last 4 years and the only thing they ever got me on was missing or losing receipts

But it's amazing what you can do with a little tweaking in Adobe Lightroom with your iPhone pics.

Now days I think when I get to that point with my rentals I will have someone make an inexpensive iPhone/Android App for a smart phone.

My guess is you have a $700 I-Phone, you probably have decent cars, a closet full of clothes, tons of crap you don’t need, it looks like you have good taste in rental houses. 

Ive got my notifications turned on in my iphone for the BP app and the box is checked in my setting on BP that ask if I want to receive SMS alerts when ive got a new message to read..
