I know that is frustrating, but you can't force that horse to drink as the old saying goes.My thought take a look at https://kwnextgen.org/  see if they would have any interest in that...or find some kind of meetup groups that has people their age in it or take them to a conference and see if anything sticks. 

It boils down to being on the ride side of the supply/demand equation.

I have still of a ton of investments that will ride the course, but that's because I can weather those storms.

if your asking me I dont know if Morby does seminars and boot camps etc.. from what I know he has made so much money on SS media he probably does not need to incur the overhead of a 4 or 5 day seminar with the bus rides etc etc .. like what was done back in the day.

Also id like to section 8 tenants as well  Focus on buying your first unit -  you are putting the cart before the horse and do not know what you do not know.
