Horrible arguments from the DA that were full of holes and contradictions but in the end it became blatantly obvious that at least the attorney from the DA office and the hearing arbiter were ideologically motivated.

I have seen so many people make horrible decisions on some purchases.

Not great but not nearly as horrible of terms as we've all seen in the past few years. 

Unless all these major flaws happened between 2018 and today (in other words, if the tenant did not install the knob and tube wiring end damaged the foundation etc), they sold Mr Lau a property in horrible, horrible condition.

But nobody thinks that breaking even is bad, and breaking even in 15 years is horrible.

They don't communicate, they pass you all around when you have an issue, their staff doesn't know what's going on....they are horrible!!
