Many coaching programs include group sessions, masterminds, or events where you can connect with other like-minded investors.

I am in a large syndication group too where GPs are not even allowed.

I think getting one-on-one coaching or small group coaching in a very specific niche of real estate by someone who is very good at that specific niche is a much better learning and growth environment compared to the large education programs that are out there.

I think you need to find a good local agent, network with investors(local meet ups, FB groups, etc) and learn more to dial in the gameplan. 

Meet-ups via local groups or via zoom calls or private REI clubs/groups.Asking a seasoned agent in each city/county as well as a Banker/Loan officer will also help put a plan together.

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

You will undoubtedly benefit from being part of this amazing group of investors.
