The interlock ones have grooves and requires no glue, but the Vinyl planks need glue and is cheaper to purchase.

So for my inspection calls, only two things always come with: my bag, which has my papers, the mighty little Juice, extra screwdriver bits, and my injection-molded toolkit case that I bought from Costco three years ago.The most important tool that this kit is missing for me is a small Channellock tongue-and-groove pliers, which I also carry in my bag.

I would recommend property managers get in the groove because if they have right people they can get these things done for absentee owner and charge a little more for their property management services.

Also no more rotten floors from the tenants not knowing how to close a shower curtain.Hardwood floors are the most durable, (even better than tile because of the grout and cracking) but any deep scratches totally ruins the beautiful grain so I solved that by using 4x8 sheets of tongue and grooved sub floor ( the OSB, chipboard type stuff, [not plywood] and finishing it just like hardwood.
