Do you want government involved to OFF morris?

If I do this, will IRS (or any other government entity) start looking at me and wondering what's going on?

But….You can see you’re being screwed over by the power company, or the government, or both.

@Lucas Schlund the same thing that happened to all the STRs in NY City when their ordinance went into effect, as well as many other cities.Owners must comply and the government doesn't care about your potential losses:(

Thank you all for posting honest questions and experiences, I agree, the scam as I see it, is, pay the money for the "money making program"  Find me a unbelievable deal (if you can on your own time) and the guru will pay you $10,000 IF it meets his criteria (read small print, tons of exclusions and conditions!)

Okay BPers - I'm back yet again to pester you with obvious questions, but not so obvious to me since I've called the entire Baltimore City Government and no one seems to know how to use a phone (Called at least 10 numbers - maybe it's a snowday?).

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

I'm very surprised that the government has no regulation on this!

Also did you check your fine print to ensure?
