For example, in the Destin area golf carts rent for 850-900 a week.

The big, golf course type, Rental Apartment developments, along with the 55 and over Communities, Doctors with 100 Doors etc. have Managers who demand the First, Last and Deposit and go after you with Lawyers to file for a Judgement and ruin your Credit and next Rental Apartment application.

I'd highly reccomend doing a 5% down conventional rather than an FHA, if you can swing the additional 1.5% down.

I actually like the suggestion you gave for the second home, I just don't know how I would swing it since we're targeting it as an add the the investment holding company as opposed to a solo purchase for myself.
