Have been on bigger pockets a while, but havent made full use of the site. 

Alerts I set up through sites like Realtor.com or Zillow. 

So a community of these homes could definitely provide an affordable downsized housing option for active seniors (independent living style) - especially when you provide amenities on site, which will be required if you want to compete with other independent living style communities and apartment buildings.

One thing people haven't mentioned is look for your own ad on the key rental syndicated sites and see if it presents well. 

I was able to get them in touch with an off booking sites place that had an opening in town.

Their customer support is terrible and some of their software, but they have about 8x the site traffic in general than Airbnb and VRBO combined, surprisingly.  

BP being 90% landlord business thats what most folks on this site are trying to scale.

and very easy to go on line pop companies names in or the MLO name in the system to see if they are real.. if they pop up on that site then they are for sure real. 

I mainly want a site that offers advertising the property, online payment options, maintenance requests & at least a basic accounting aspect.Thank you in advance!

Go on furnishedfinder.com and airbnb.com to find what is available on those sites for a traveler.
