It isn't the metric you can talk about on a national scale, but if you keep buying the same product in the same area it is a very easy quick and dirty method to know how you are doing compared to other buys. 

Just as a followup, rent reporting has been one of the fastest adopted tenant products at Baselane.

Vystar went into further discussions with me regarding how they could structure the deal, if I choose their Construction to Perm product if I wanted the land to also be in the loan.
