Anything you can recommend to gently help them realize they're expecting too high of a price for their houses?

Having said that, you may be able to twist the board or management's arm if they refuse to abide by the law so that off-site owners are included in the happenings of the association.  

He's a gentle giant who is great around pretty much anything: kids, dogs, cats, goldfish, you name it. 

My experience in real estate has been short-lived, but like Lombard Street in San Francisco, it's covered a lot of ground and had its twists & turns in a short period of time. 

Seems like the only thing that does the trick for me is to use a very soapy washcloth in the shower while being as gentle as possible to my skin.

There are no secrets in real estate, we've been in this basic structure over a hundred years and there is nothing that is really new,  just a new twist to old methods, it's been done before.

She went off saying how everyone of us so called "investors" are just a bunch of scam artists looking to twist the arms of property owners in hopes of stealing their property for a ridiculous price and then make money off of it.  

We are climbing roofs, poking the walls, peering around corners, twisting knobs, crawling through attics and crawlspaces and taking an epic amount of pictures.
