The tenant that is moving out of the room my son is renting is moving out this weekend, which seems an odd time for student housing, but obviously, we were right there to fill the vacancy.I am thinking I might sell my $1700 per month rental house in Flower Mound and try my luck near UTD or UNT.

You will grow like a flower once the money streams flows in.

Right now we do this all ourselves because we really love our properties - making small improvements, planting new flowers, etc.

Hello, my name is Mike and while I have been a wall flower on Bigger Pockets I have been sitting in the background reading and learning. 

I know I'm going to love it when the grass starts to grow and the flowers start to bloom, but there were some bleak moments.

Planted flowers through our landscape company for $300.

I would also add a concrete or brick pathway to the door and also some landscaping some small trees, maybe some rock-scaping, and some low maintenance flowers or bushes. 

The lamest stuff like $1,000 in a nice flower garden and some bushes/shrubbery/small trees, and mulch and bricks and stonework could alter people's opinions a LOT.
