Figure out a method and process to pay as much as you can while making a good profit for your efforts and risk.

@Ramada Evans yes that is all on you....you can go directly on airbnb/vrbo and do a search by the enemy method for houses that are similar to yours in size and bedroom/bathroom. 

They’re generally easier to manage and can help you gain valuable experience in property management.When you’re ready to scale up and try strategies like the BRRRR method out of state, it’s crucial to have a strong local network.

You should always look for Tax-Deferred and Tax-free methods to Invest.
