I was able to get disclosures from listing agents before I got my license, so the only question was, pay should I pay 3% of a $MM house for few hours of work in filling out a CAR form by a transaction coordinator (whom was paid a flat fee of 400).

Even if they couldnt offer the service to complete the form i would expect them to make me aware i needed to fill it out in the first 90 days as i am finding out now.

Normally, this fee is added when it is a flat fee service, or the owner is difficult to work with on pricing.Working with contractors is a difficult task filled with frustrations and missing timelines.

There is a sweet spot in filling vacancies and protecting your investment!

He is a very connected person and can get all kinds of interesting supplies very cheap and is willing to truck some our way whenever needed to come meet us in person and learn more about what we do....networking is always invaluable....Again these are very large returns because we are connected to a program that allowed me to fill in the holes in my knowledge easily and quickly.
