They sent a little uncomplaining guy up there with a vacuum to clean out the bays and then put in fiberglass batts.

He closed off all the holes and ways in for them except one, that one he took a stiff fiberglass netting and created a downward tunnel from the hole, this allows bats still inside to fly to the hole then fall down the tunnel and out, others could not re enter.

The wire going to the meter is the electric companies in my area , meter to the house is the customersWhat I am used to is the utility company suits up (rubber smok, gloves and face shield), connects the breaker in the transformer with what they call a ‘clown pole’ which is a 10ft fiberglass rod with a hook.

--I could make a laundry list of surprises, but the biggest of which included: New Septic tank required ($5500 job) Entire new plumbing required (100% new plumbing for about $3400), electrical panel needed to be replaced & grounded ($2800 job), gas line for furnace needed replacing (roughly $800), flooring beneath bathroom needed replacing (we swapped a built in shower/tub for a fiberglass insert to save $)Lesson Learned: If something doesn't look right, it probably isn't.

I would guess your are wanting the lowest level of protection like Level 1 (stops 9mm) or Level 2 (stops 357mag), If this is wood construction, the walls will need fiberglass mesh panel, basically Kevlar about 1/4" to 3/8" thick or you can use 1/8" to 5/16" sheet steel to clad the house.

@Anthony Morrow wouldn't bother driving to see it.Your PMC needs to provide better context for how the damage occurred and such, which you should be able to do via phone.Going to guess that the existing shower surround is a fiberglass sectional type, maybe something like this:https://www.homedepot.com/p/American-Standard-Ovation-32-in-...How do you patch it, so it looks nice?
