In our resort the resort owns the golf cart company so you can read through the lines there Ugh the problem is everyone else at this price point includes it and I fear that not having it will affect bookings

I’m new to investing and have a flip with a big loss under my belt and am very fearful to pull the trigger again, but know that real estate is the way to freedom.

Many people are in low rate, fixed loans so they don't have a fear that their mortgage will adjust to where they can't pay their mortgage any more.

@Derrick Burtle - I don't know what I can name on here as far as products for fear of getting this very active post shut down.

There were fears when the leftist just retired president AMLO came to power a few years back that foreign investors would get hurt but he turned out to be very friendly to us and made Mexico's economy its best ever and one of the best in the world.

If you feel any pressure, ask them to bear it themselves or keep the trim.One of the most important lessons you'll learn in life is resisting the fear of missing out and the pressure to say no to things just cause of the environment you're surrounded in.

@Michael Oliver I started investing in Saint Louis a few years ago with the same excitement tempered by fear of the unknown.

My fear is exactly as @James Hamling stated that this will move more into a fee structure up front for buyers especially.
