There's been too many instances of someone not understanding (or understanding and then getting mad) that wholesalers are selling the contract to buy and making money off "someone else's property".

For instance, in my area, anyone with an equitable interest or a limited POA can market the property.

For instance, creating a Harry Potter themed airbnb or a disney airbnb.

For instance, my 8 units plus real estate sales accounting (technically a 9th "unit") costs me $25/month through REIHub, but to get the same service resold to me by TurboTenant would cost $55/month.

There are instances where I use alternative lenders and have tried my hand at a few.
