- I would select a market that allows you to purchase a cheap (under $150,000) single-family in a C+ or better market.

With that said, we really know what works and what doesn’t, we have a strict process as it’s proven and are selective with who we take on as clients.  

Mentors are also very selective about who they mentor.Someone who teaches for money is a coach -- especially someone who will take money from anyone, regardless of their likelihood of success.

Used those extensively and on big projects multi millions. then you had a redemption date usually 30 to 60 days.
