Ahhh, yes, checking back in on this thread and it continues to deliver drama and excitement, accusations, and evasion...thanks again for the entertainment while I duck my daily duties/responsibilities for 10 min.I will say, that as an outside observer that has no experience with wholesalers and some experience with realtors....Realtors, if you would hussle to get clients as much as these wholesalers, you would not have time to post to these threads, an probably be very successful!

I kind of want to report it to the IRS as tax fraud and evasion, but I don't have faith they would actually pursue it (when they can just audit those of us trying to do things right) and have come to grips that it is probably better to just let it go and move on.Thanks for all the input everyone.

You’d have to commit identity theft to get a utility account, bank account, drivers license, insurance, tax evasions of various types including running any cash business without remitting state sales tax, employing workers without remitting L&I amounts properly, filling out I-9 federal form with false info and signing it is also a crime...

I find his "disappearance" and evasion of our property manager for the last 2 weeks inexcusable.However, I am considering making the tenant an offer to evict him "lightly", i.e., he pays for this months rent, pays my attorney fees, and gets out within a week.
