This is probably not possible, but can you erect a scaffold across that side of the property off the ground front to back.

@Garret Hohn imo once you get out of college your priority should be in this order: 1) Increase your income 2) attack your debt like a madman and wipe it out 3) Build up your savings 4) Invest If you try to put a roof on a house before laying a foundation, framing the walls, erecting trusses it's not going to be pretty.
