Watch out for scams.

Certainly sounds like it could be scam worthy, but when I looked on their website it seemed well done.

Always buyer beware, there are scam coins out there.

Specifically, I've encountered frustrating connectivity issues, like frequent disconnections and slow updates, especially from my primary bank accounts.

Along my journey to understand how to acquire my first property, I have encountered people that swear it’s possible to use other people’s money (for down payment, closing cost, rehabs etc) but on the other hand I have investors of 20,30,40+ years who think I am absolutely nuts for even thinking it’s real & make it very clear that I am an idiot for ever believing such a thing and will 100% need to come up with my own funds.

Yes - Suzie Orman and Dave Ramsey say whole life insurance is a scam - but as was said above, they are financial entertainers.  

Even though we did not get a direct hit we encountered a storm surge that reached 5 to 8 feet in some area.

Just think about it.People have an accident on a rented boat and blame you because you provided the booze they drank.Now that would most likely be a scam of course but it could work.
