I’ve made a conscious effort in automating and digitizing more of my rental management tasks and can share some of the tools I've been exploring that might be helpful to others.I use Baselane a lot, it is a platform that's really geared towards landlords and real estate investors.

It is an ideal location (close to downtown, med center, U of H) and there are many upgrades throughout the home.

The early consensus is that it's an upgrade, but we have yet to really put it through its paces.Stayfi has been great for locations where we have several rental cabins and want to maintain that resort-like feel.

But my 4 renters are in there 30's-50's and work 50+ hours / week building naval ships and submarines and they enjoy being close enough to walk to the shipyard and coming home to a brand new house with all the modern upgrades. 

Upgraded infrastructure was needed 10 years ago, but at least we are making some progress.
