Another issue that I believe I saw mentioned already as well is how the pics jump back and forth exterior to living room to kitchen back to liv room back to kichen to bath back to kitchen back to bath-get them in some sort of order and FOR SURE ditch ALL of the exterior pics that show the rather poor yard condition OR spend a few bucks and do a little landscaping, a little money in mulch, plants, etc can go a long way there too!

ok, this is a strange one...i have a couple that applied for a $1k house. they are ditching their paid off house in detroit because their taxes and area are terrible. they heard gun shots at night. some of those houses can be picked up for $500, but that's another story.he makes 75k, she makes $35. so income is not a problem.using TU move service, they are absolutely current on all bills. everything is green.he has 3 collections (total ~$800). she has 4 judgements (~1800) and 3 collections (shares one with him).i liked them when i met with them. and i can read people very well.i want to talk to her to find out what happened, but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Previous to that ONE INCH there is a run on all grocery staples.The SMART FEW with heavy 4-wheel-drive vehicles MAKE A FORTUNE towing fools out of ditches who have NEVER DRIVEN in snow or ice.

Also, you gotta ditch the conventional financing (I'm assuming you've got a financing contingency as well).  

Due to the neighbors garage being 6 inches from my garage on one side, and my house on the other, I cannot just dig a ditch for the water to run.

If there is a ditch or creek behind the structure that floods badly, then there is probably not much they can do.

Or, in order to avoid all of this, plus the potential for tension with the tenant, you might consider a last-ditch effort to work out an agreed move-out date with him. 

I scan everything to an external hard drive and ditch the paperwork.  

Sometimes it's for a legitimate reason, but other times it's because they're in the process of being evicted, or they want to ditch their landlord.
