Dropped Grandpa back off, stopped at grocery store to pick up some food for Sunday dinner and am cooking and posting simultaneously.

I'm not planning on making the same mistakes twice---especially when there are so many new ones to make (hopefully not--that's why I'd like to meet other investors who are learning what to do, as well as what not to do).When you get to town, spend some time with your beautiful baby boy and get to know him--and take you wonderful and patient wife out for a nice dinner.

My family (parents and siblings) have finally come to terms with my plans; my wife is entirely on board, so long as I'm home for dinner.

@Michael B.thanks for that idea, I have the kick plate removed, and we are running the dishwasher right after dinner, rather than scheduling it for around 2 am, and so far its working through this latest polar vortex.The kick plate had a lot of foam on it, I guess its mainly for sound insulation, but I suppose it was keeping the heat out from under the dishwasher, and the cold air from the outside wall was enough to stop the pump from operating?
