Dealing with low income tenants is much more difficult. 

States like New Jersey and New York highly favor the tenant and evictions are very difficult and can take months.  

Some houses have so many decorations, misc. items around the house it is difficult to notice when things go missing over time.Hope this helps! 

If first time home buyers are having a difficult time coming up with the funds for even the costs to play as a first time home buyer then are the non profits supposed to pay the buyers agent commission too? 

I'm struggling to generate extra lead flow from builders, mostly because it's so difficult to identify folks that are doing ground up, business purpose construction. 

Buying is difficult, but there are still deals out there.

It would be very difficult to find anything in Florida that cash flowed at 90% leverage though.

I will say this is a difficult RE market and I can poke holes in most RE purchases at this time.
