How much time do you have to devote to a renovation project2.

I would devote my time to working the money making side before worrying about protecting something I don't have yet.

I would love to renovate but I have a full time job and don't have a lot of time to devote to RE renovation.

Hiring a mentor can also be tough because a lot of realtors/investors are extremely busy and might not have the time to devote to helping someone else.

You devote energy to it and position your product (you) to be the best possible value proposition around. 

Vernon is not the most logical choice in the area however, We are nervous enough being our first property, keeping it close to home so that we can learn how to be managers and owners at the same time brings us both much needed comfort.Going forward, after we are comfortable with this unit we plan on focusing on the Indianapolis are since our daughter and her family live there.Again, thank you for all of the time that you have devoted to this property.
