I generally like the first picture to be an exterior picture for units like that, but I sincerely doubt that's the problem.

The issue we had is that over time, our sheets get mixed up with other customers' (cheaper) sheets, and we ultimately end up with an inventory of sheets that are not ours.

Without doing a deep dive explanation on this forum, I will say that everyone can play with numbers to create whatever picture you want.

Let them build through hard work like teaming with reputable operator who may take a cut but own the project etc.Neal Bawa and associated companies are another bunch or lier’s who project rosy picture to sign up people but fial to deliver.Those two have made my experience with real estate very companies very negative.

Martin the property management argument isn't really an argument if you look at the bigger picture that most investors don't want to manage their properties anyways because they are spending most of the time on their main job.

You can see by the pictures that this home was severely abused and turning around a house like this may or may not be worth it.What do YOU think?

When buying sight unseen, it's essential to get the complete picture.

Aside from the standard BR/BA count and square footage, I always focus heavily on the listing pictures for any comps I pull in my area - finding a comp that's as close to your property's condition and finishes will give you the best apples-to-apples comparison possible.I also wanted to second @Tim Swierczek's input: nobody in Minnesota likes moving in the middle of winter.  

I want simple - quick picture as soon as I leave the store, so I don't have to track expenses.
