Of course some new construction in Strongsville is also A class, but so is a 40 year old home in Concord, Solon, Highland Heights.Whereas we also have new construction in the gentrifying parts of the city, like Tremont, that are directly across the street from boarded up homes.

Those are buyers not renters unless there is some other circumstance.I think you are right about supply....apartment construction is just about to come to a halt and unless interest rates drop in 1/2 probably won't see that pickup for a while.
