They consistently place homeowners in the position of insurers, all while aggressively marketing their own "insurance" that they practically never pay a claim on.Highly unethical, and I am quite surprised that Airbnb hasn't faced a class action lawsuit from damaged homeowners.

.: @James Hamlingyep - and when a tenant stops paying the whole thing implodes. cant think of a riskier investment  IE  counting on tenants for consistent cash flow.. at least if this is BCD class rentals might work with national tenants on triple net ..
