A decade ago, I would never have thought I would ever wanted to go to downtown Caldwell at night and now I find myself enjoying events like the Christmas Lights along Indian Creek in Downtown Caldwell and the concerts and events there.

People had all this extra cash, but local things like concerts, movies and sporting events were all cancelled.

From several great sports teams, to concerts and live events to an ever-growing job and business hub to attractions to brewpubs and historical locations to our beaches!

Six Flags, WetNWild, ATT Stadium for Cowboys and all kinds of other events like World Cup Soccer, Concerts, Movie Premiers, Boxing, Draft Day,etc... 

@Kristin Feerst my full time job is in concert and festival organization, which essentially means logistics.

If the size of your estate gets close to those limits, there should be a concerted plan between estate and tax attorneys to minimize the estate's tax burden. 

They owned a very expensive house in Clearlake near where we moved about 8 years ago, and my wife has attended a “concert” at the dads house in downtown Houston.

found some land i can wholesale to developers. my question is do i need to add the # to what type of home can be built on the property of all cost to build the home form concert to roof? 

They are similar to other ski resorts where they try hosting summer events like little concerts and a beer fest, weddings, etc., and have tried to expand their outdoor summer activities (like a mountain coaster/and possibly zip line by now)  and like any other mountain, trails/hiking/biking are summer activities, but there isn't much else.
