Most of my company’s work is just 30 minutes outside of Zanesville and a few of our competitors have shops in Zanesville.

I'm confused why people would recommend a national vendor with such an average online rating.Nothing against ProTitleUSA... we aren't even competitors.

Call your competitor and tell him/her that you noticed what they were doing.

Behind the counter employees are a huge expense (unless you are a multi hundred unit facility) and if your competitors use them and you do not then you can either undercut their prices or reap more profits.

Focus on areas and properties that allow you the opportunity to take advantage of information, manpower, or capital that competitors may not possess. 

Some of my competitors will allow 8 or even 10 in a 2 bedroom!

Robert, Is Patch of Land going to match it's competitors in transparency and post it's complete record of uncured defaults?

As others have mentioned, shipping container self-storage units will not be direct competitors with traditional built self-storage. 

I was more or less thinking about it as providing a one up to competitors, but did not think about the risk involved!

Must be competitors or those that half-*** tried and failed.
