Although the official language is English, it is comical sometimes let’s call it my failure to communicate.  

It has to do with the professional way you've handled yourself, the good communication with our team and the fact that you are closing your first house with us.  

Keep good track of communications and do not sink to his level if he gets nasty.

All in all - owning a place to rent to other people is a business, and business decisions need to be made based on that cold hard facts and not on an emotional basis, unless someone wants to quickly go out of business.

Clear communication and legal safeguards are essential for a successful partnership.

Single lane driveway = not good for MTR in a multifamily because tenants will not want to communicate with the other unit to move their cars.

I personally could give a rip about the buyers safety if they dont know any better and get wiped out so what.. but Sellers thats a whole different matter.. a sub 2 gone bad can destroy them financially emotionally physically break up marriages etc etc.

In fact, its become quite apparent that number crunching ranks rather low on the necessary skills for real estate compared to networking and communication and other business skills. 

.: Emotionally..... pay off your primary.Financially..... use the $$ to buy assets that make you $$...hands down a smarter use of your capital Especially if your interest rate is well below what the current rates have been.
