Have your agent start to look for properties that will do the 1031 now.

New construction properties can qualify for significant insurance discounts, but otherwise, I generally expect insurance in this area to run a little over 1% of the property’s value if it’s in decent condition.Feel free to DM me if you’d like a good insurance contact to shop around for a better rate.

Hi folks - I am in the market for a Property Manager in the Rochester area for a 12 unit property.

Purchase price: $516,000 Cash invested: $600,000 Converted mixed-use 3 residential and large commercial space into 5 residential units and one mixed-use Building.

There are down payment programs for duplexes, i have not searched or tried to do a 3-4 unit property. 

I disagree to an extent about listing properties as a new agent.
