Who ever did some of this work did a sloppy job (paint over cigarette butts?

Nothing that scares me, except the fact that the walls, ceilings, heating ducts, windows, EVERYTHING has a very heavy coating of cigarette smoke.

I had to literally buy nothing but produce and fruit today because Ive been eatung nothing but junk since I quit. I'm saving a buttload though :idea:

I miss racing more than cigarettes and snuff.These days I enjoy my musical freinds.

In this environment it would probably just get overrun with weeds and bare patches again anyway.You can't see it from the photo, but there are lots of cigarette butts and Corona bottle caps in the grass too.

Yet, cigarettes are perfectly legal.

Example: the kitchen is nasty and hasn't been updated in 60 years and has yellow walls from cigarette smoke, but it's a complete kitchen.

The house was filthy - I mean really filthy - and stank of cigarettes and dog....oh, did I mention the two pit-bulls that prevented a thorough walk-around of the property?

For example I would not put in a lease you are not to litter the ground with cigarette butts, shoot off bottle rockets, store stuff on common stairs,  park cars in certain areas, write harassing notes to neighbors,  these fall under quiet enjoyment and property upkeep but you need to spell it out for some people.
