I know this guy is living in the unit based on other tenants accounts, his car is there day and night, he takes garbage to the dumpster, he does laundry, etc.

But as far as becoming a rental it seems a bit far fetched with such a low populations.Here in a suburb of Melbourne, possibly 30/40mins from the CBD by car I might be able to get a townhouse for 500K possible a multi family home for maybe 1mill if lucky.
