We purchased two properties in Upper Peninsula, MI that each need extensive work  - foundation to roof.This is a growing town with outdoor activity and climate migration its primary draw.

That's why I am building a hybrid hotel/apartment community with automated entry, exit, and communication, on site amenities (pool, gym, laundry, outdoor courtyard with kitchen), located in the shopping and restaurant areas, and adjacant to major transportation corridors. 

I have had a spate of cheaper outdoor furniture breaking, things with arm rests to include Adirondack chairs. 

Mine just says, Tenant agrees to maintain indoor temperature of unit at no less than 58 degrees during the entire period of outdoor cold weather, including during Tenant absences of any length.

Likewise for outdoor showers, surf racks, saunas and a clean, non 70's tub with a walk in shower.

@Robert EllisIssue also is all the printing is being done in controlled environments Once they get outdoors and deal with temperature, humidity and sunlight it changes concrete dramaticallyThis is one reason it is slow moving as they have been saying for years this is next big thing.

If it's a really competitive market, or maybe in this rural area it's more common to have outdoor equipment, does it impact your ability to get a good price?

We also love the access that SLC gives to outdoor activities (Skiing, Hiking, National Parks) and would personally love to own something there.
