I guess alot of things boggle your mind!

So mind boggling to me.Hell...I can't make total sense of all of it.

It is absolutely mind boggling to me that people are worried about a couple hundred bucks when they are making a 100k+ investment. 

When you really think about how many parts are used in a typical house, it's mind-boggling.

Makes me wonder though as it took us 10+ years of hammering the pavement and setting up systems, processes, manuals, procedures, personnel, tech, etc... before we could open the doors to "out of house" investors and before we could claim "We are a reputable and organized property management company".How the F@#$ do investors succeed in making the whole process work from afar is mind boggling to me.Again, big hat's off to those that succeed as I couldn't and thus why I moved to the best country in the world.God Bless America and here is to another 10+ years and standing the test of time (Before AI and the terminator take over lol)

My parents barebones 1400sf starter home was a mind boggling $25,000 when they bought it 50 years ago.

Either way, watching prices hike over the past year and see the kind of offers that win bidding wars has been mind boggling.

Phew, I'm just boggled by how bad the court system let you down.

I've had a CPA tell me they had to spend a few hours figure out how to do a 1031 exchange which boggled my mind.
